Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Purely Redefined. We strive to provide quality wellness and essential products such as soaps, bath salts, and face-sculpture tools. Because many of our products are personal-care items, certain restrictions apply for health and hygiene reasons.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Policy & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

This applies to items such as:

  • Soaps and bath products

  • Oils, scrubs, salts, and similar self-care items

  • Face and body tools that come into contact with skin

Unopened items may be eligible for return in limited cases (see Section 3).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

  • Or you received the wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purelyredefined.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • Or a refund to your original payment method

3. Returns of Unopened Products (Case-by-Case)

We may accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging at our discretion.

To request a return:

  1. Email info@purelyredefined.com before shipping the item back

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds (if approved) are issued after the item is received and inspected.

We do not accept unauthorized or unsolicited returns.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly through dropshipping suppliers, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been sent for processing or shipment.

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible at info@purelyredefined.com and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier, household members, or neighbors before contacting us.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages delayed due to carriers or customs

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used personal-care products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Customized or special-order items
